Andrew graduated from Alfred State College in 2010 with a B.S. in Surveying Engineering Technology. He has worked in the surveying field since graduation. Andrew is proficient in various forms of surveying. He became licensed in New York in 2017 and licensed in Pennsylvania in 2019. He purchased Lang Surveying from Charles Lang in May, 2019. Andrew is a member of the Board of Advisers for Alfred State College's Surveying department, the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Land Surveyors, the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors and the North Central Pennsylvania Land Surveyors local chapter. Andrew lives in Bradford with his family.
