"Chuck" graduated from Alfred State College with a B.S. in Surveying Engineering Technology in 1977. He earned his New York and Pennsylvania licenses and worked in the surveying field for several years before founding Lang Surveying in 1988. He has built a strong reputation in the community. Chuck sold Lang Surveying to Andrew Rosenberger in May, 2019. He plans to retire to Atlanta, Georgia.
